This explains what we collect through our website and how we look after it.

Who we are
ARG Care is the trading name of Argcare Pty Ltd (ABN 99 659 056 354), a registered NDIS provider and part of the Gupta Group. This policy covers personal information we collect through this website.
What we collect through this website
When you use one of our forms, we collect your name and contact details, how you'd like us to contact you, your suburb or postcode, and short answers about what you're looking for (for example, the type of support, how your plan is managed, or where you're up to with an NDIS application). If you arrived from an advertisement or a link on another website, we also record the campaign details in that link and the website you came from.
Our forms deliberately don't ask for diagnoses, medical reports, NDIS numbers or plans. Please don't include them in comment boxes.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange the support or help you ask for, keep records we're required to keep as a registered NDIS provider, and understand which of our services and channels are working.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you send a form, it goes to our website server, which is hosted in Australia. We save it there, in a folder that isn't publicly accessible, and email it to our team so we can respond. While you're filling in a form, your answers are kept in your own browser so you don't lose them if you go back a step. They're cleared when you send the form.
Who we share it with
With the professional or provider who will deliver your support, once you've agreed. With your plan manager or the NDIA for invoicing and claims. We don't sell personal information.
Analytics and advertising
We may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and which advertising works. They receive events such as "form completed", never the content of your forms or anything about your health.
Keeping it safe
Only people at ARG Care who need your information to help you can see it. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to provide the services you ask for, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct your information by emailing hello@argcare.com.au or calling 0411 849 763. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
