Help at home: cleaning, laundry and gardening
Regular or one-off help with the household jobs that are hard to keep on top of, so your home stays safe and comfortable.
What this support can include
- General house cleaning
- Laundry and changing beds
- Lawn mowing and gardening
- General yard upkeep and keeping paths clear
- One-off jobs, such as a garden clean-up
Who it suits
People whose disability makes it hard to do household tasks themselves, where help with household tasks is funded in their NDIS plan.
How it works with your plan
In the NDIS Pricing Schedule, household tasks sit under Assistance with Daily Life (Core).
Whether your plan includes funding for this support is up to the NDIA. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.
Who delivers your support
Your support is delivered by a support worker who works with ARG Care, either directly or under contract. Either way, they work under ARG Care's NDIS registration and we remain responsible for the support you receive.
Prices
For NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants, our prices stay within the NDIS price limits. We agree prices with everyone in writing before supports start.

Questions people ask
Does my NDIS plan cover cleaning or gardening?
It depends on your plan. The NDIA decides what's funded, based on your disability-related needs. If household tasks are in your plan, we can organise them. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.
Can I have the same person each time?
We aim for consistency, and we'll always tell you before someone new comes to your home.
Can you help with a one-off job?
Yes, if it fits your plan and we have someone available. Tell us what's needed and we'll confirm the price in writing first.
