In the NDIS Pricing Schedule, most therapy sits under Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living.
Whether your plan includes funding for this support is up to the NDIA. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.
About reports and travel
Some therapy work happens outside the session, such as writing a report for your plan review. Your therapist will explain what can be charged, and how, before you start.
Who delivers your support
Your support is delivered by a qualified professional we contract. They work under ARG Care's NDIS registration, and ARG Care remains responsible for the quality of the support. You'll always know who they are before they start. Every therapist holds the registration or professional membership their profession requires, and we check it before they start.
Prices
For NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants, our prices stay within the NDIS price limits. We agree prices with everyone in writing before supports start.

Can I choose between home visits and telehealth?
Often, yes. Tell us what suits you and we'll find a therapist who can work that way.
How quickly can therapy start?
It depends on the type of therapy and your area. We'll tell you honestly what's available when we call.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
Not for NDIS-funded therapy. It still helps to share relevant reports once you've agreed to go ahead, through a secure method we'll arrange.
