- Getting in and out of bed
- Help with meals and personal domestic tasks
- Weekday, evening and weekend support, subject to availability
Who it suits
People who need a hand with daily personal tasks because of their disability, where this support is funded in their plan.
How it works with your plan
In the NDIS Pricing Schedule, personal care sits under Assistance with Daily Life (Core).
Whether your plan includes funding for this support is up to the NDIA. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.
What we don't provide
ARG Care isn't registered for high intensity daily personal activities, such as complex bowel care, catheter care, enteral feeding or ventilator support, so we don't provide them. If you need these, we'll tell you so you can find a provider who does.
Who delivers your support
Your support is delivered by a support worker who works with ARG Care, either directly or under contract. Either way, they work under ARG Care's NDIS registration and we remain responsible for the support you receive.

Questions people ask
Can I choose who supports me?
Yes. Tell us what matters to you, such as a male or female worker, language or interests. We'll do our best to match it and introduce the worker before support starts.
What if my worker is sick?
We'll let you know as early as we can and offer a replacement if someone suitable is available. You can always say no to a replacement.
I live alone. Is there anything different?
If one worker will support you at home and you live alone, we'll go through any risks with you first and agree how we'll check in and make sure the support is working well for you.
