How it works with your plan
In the NDIS Pricing Schedule, these supports sit under Capacity Building categories, including Increased Social and Community Participation, Improved Daily Living and Improved Living Arrangements.
Whether your plan includes funding for this support is up to the NDIA. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.
Who delivers your support
Your support is delivered by a support worker who works with ARG Care, either directly or under contract. Either way, they work under ARG Care's NDIS registration and we remain responsible for the support you receive.
Prices
For NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants, our prices stay within the NDIS price limits. We agree prices with everyone in writing before supports start.

Is this the same as support coordination?
No. Support coordination helps you use your whole plan. This support focuses on a particular life change, such as moving out or leaving school.
Can family be involved?
Yes, if you'd like them to be. We'll agree with you who we talk to and what we share.
